Hanover and Penn Township Fire Departments responded overnight for a house fire in the five hundred block of North Franklin Street, where firefighters found smoke showing from a house. Hanover Fire Dept Engine 46-1 staged in front of the Walnut Street Apartments after responding for the box alarm. Firefighters found a smoke alarm activated in the hallway of the building.
