Tonight Instructor Brad Tracey from the Pennsylvania Boat & Fish Commission was training our members on Water Rescue Awareness. This is the first class in a series to better prepare our members for urban flood that may occur in our local area. 17 members from Hanover Borough and Penn Township attended along with three other members from surrounding departments.
