Hanover and Penn Twp firefighters were dispatched Saturday evening for a dryer on fire inside Suzi Suds on Carlisle Street in Hanover Borough. Truck 46 arrived under the command of Captain Clousher to light smoke conditions from exterior, heavy smoke conditions on the interior. Truck 46 crew grabbed “the can” and put the fire out. …
New Probationary Firefighter
Newly appointed probationary firefighter Jay Lalley starts his career with the Hanover Fire Department in March 2015. Firefighter Lalley was sworn in at the Hanover Borough Council meeting on February 25, 2015 and will be assigned to C- Shift. IAFF Local 2045 wishes FF Lalley a long healthy and safe career.
