This class is a 40 hour class through Bucks Co. Community College.

The Central Pennsy Region hosted the IAFF’s Peer Support Training. Thank you to all 27 members who took their own time to learn how to assist other members during their time of need.

“A” Shift’s Terry Smith was presented tonight with a long overdue retirement present. At 0700, On July 15, 2017, Terry Smith retired from “The Job”.

To this day, Terry’s work has made a lasting impression on the department. Tonight, He was presented remembrance of his duties and honored by his union brothers.

Throughout 2018, our union members made many sacrifices. These came not only in service to the public, but also to our members.

We wanted to take a moment to thank and appreciate everything that has been done for us and for each other! Thank you Brother Wysocki, and your family, for all you have done for us!

Today, a shipment of wreaths were delivered to Mount Olivet Cemetery.  Local 2045 members were on hand to help unload and support the annual tradition.      https://www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/

Last night before the Local’s monthly meeting, we got a special visit from the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).   A donation of $16,132.00 was donated to this great organization.  Mark, a MDA Ambassador accepted the donation on their behalf.  Local 2045 would like to thank the citizens of Hanover, Penn Township, and surrounding areas for their generosity.   Together we will win the fight to eradicate this terrible disease.

We appreciate members of Local #2045 that served in every capacity. Thank you everyone who has served our country.
