The Central Pennsy Region hosted the IAFF’s Peer Support Training. Thank you to all 27 members who took their own time to learn how to assist other members during their time of need.

“A” Shift’s Terry Smith was presented tonight with a long overdue retirement present. At 0700, On July 15, 2017, Terry Smith retired from “The Job”. To this day, Terry’s work has made a lasting impression on the department. Tonight, He was presented remembrance of his duties and honored by his union brothers.

Throughout 2018, our union members made many sacrifices. These came not only in service to the public, but also to our members. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from our family to yours!

Today, a shipment of wreaths were delivered to Mount Olivet Cemetery.  Local 2045 members were on hand to help unload and support the annual tradition.      https://www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/
