At 2044 hrs units from Penn Township and Hanover Fire Departments (C-Shift) were dispatched to the residence next to 505 South High St in Penn Township for a residential structure fire. Deputy Chief 49 arrived on location with fire showing through the roof of the single wide mobile home at 511 South High St. and advised Y.C.D.E.S.of a working fire. Chief 49 arrived shortly after and assumed command. Truck 49 and Rescue 49 arrived and stretched a 1 3/4 hand line to the front door. Captain 49C made the attack on the fire while the rest of the crews searched for victims and opened up the structure. E46-1 dropped a supply line and laid in 300′ of 5″ to T49. The crew of E46-1 stretched a back-up line and controlled utilities. Interior crews knocked the fire down quickly and all searches proved negative.
